Delivery & Charges
As you will see from our website, we supply a wide range of products. These vary immensly in terms of size, weight and value. Therefore we feel it only fair that our postal / delivery charges are based on actual goods ordered rather than a standard carriage charge.
We do however have a minumum postage charge of £2.95, and a minimum carriage charge of £7.50.
** Flammable or hazardous goods must be despatched by carrier, no matter how small or low priced. Therefore restricting delivery to mainland UK only. **
Orders may be placed using the website shopping cart facility ( or if you prefer by telephone). An indication of cost will be given including Vat, and the postal / carriage charge at the checkout.
We accept all major debit and credit cards through a secure payment system via our website, or alternatively you may place your order over the phone with a member of staff who will be happy to help.
Please ensure you fill in your contact details carefully, so that we do not have any problems getting in touch with you, should we be required to do so.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item to us in it’s original condition within 14 days of receipt. Returned items should be unused and returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred we will exchange the item.

PLEASE NOTE :
* Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
* Returning goods and the costs is the responsibility of the sender until the parcel has been received by Restoration Materials. It is recommended that you request a receipt of postage from the Royal Mail or add a tracked or signed for service to the parcel. That way you can track the progess of your returned goods.
* Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
* It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure the products are properly packaged to protect them on the return transit. Please be advised that we may not replace or refund products that may have been damaged on the return transit if the damage is a result of poor packaging.w
