Order processing, queries and tracking :
When you place an order through the website, the information sent securely (using https) is saved on the website backend, and our customer service team are notified of your order, along with your name, address and delivery details. All of which is properly protected behind firewalls and anti virus software. When your order is ready, the delivery information is passed to our courier – DHL or Royal Mail. Any printed documents are subsequently filed and locked away.
Payment is outsourced to payment service providers such as Paypal or Worldpay. Transactions occur on their systems, not ours.
We do not use your information for marketing purposes or disclose any of your data to any third party, with the exception of chosen delivery mentioned.
We use Google Analytics to ensure we are improving our website. We collect geolocation data along with how long you spend on a page and how you use the website.
